Sees 2025-2030 organic sales CAGR in mid-single digits.

Flowserve has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Trillium Flow Technologies' Valves Division1, a market leading provider of highly engineered mission-critical valves used in nuclear and traditional power generation, industrial, and critical infrastructure applications for $490 million in cash. The Transaction is expected to close mid-year 2026.

Reports Q4 revenue $1.222B, consensus $1.26B. "We delivered outstanding financial results in the fourth quarter and for the full year 2025," said Scott Rowe, Flowserve's President and Chief Executive Officer. "I am incredibly proud of our global team's dedication and strong execution of the Flowserve Business System, which has been instrumental in reaching our 2027 adjusted operating margin target two years ahead of schedule."
