Budorick, COPT Defense's President & Chief Executive Officer, commented, "We achieved excellent results in 2025, evidenced by our outperformance in FFO, leasing and capital commitments to new investments, along with our success in closing on three financings, which pre-fund our 2026 bond maturity and provide $400 million of additional liquidity to fund our external growth. We generated FFO per share growth, which represented a 5.8% increase over 2024's results."
