New Jersey Resources Corporation, through its subsidiaries, provides natural gas and clean energy services. Its New Jersey Natural Gas business operates and maintains natural gas transportation and distribution infrastructure. Its Clean Energy Ventures business invests in, owns and operates solar projects. Its Energy Services business manages a diversified portfolio of natural gas transportation and storage assets and provides physical natural gas services and customized energy solutions.
