The company announced that its board of directors has authorized a quarterly cash dividend of 30c per share of common stock for the first quarter of 2026, which represents a 5.3% increase as compared to the company's previous quarterly cash dividend of 28.5c per share of common stock. The common stock cash dividend is payable on March 31 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on March 12.

Reports Q4 revenue $16.9M, consensus $15.51M. "We delivered a strong finish to 2025, growing AFFO per share by 22.7% in the fourth quarter and 8.6% for the full year compared to the comparable prior year periods. Further, we expect 2026 to also generate significant growth which is reflected in our 2026 earnings guidance and the announcement of our quarterly common dividend raise," said John Albright, president and CEO of Alpine Income Property Trust. "During the year, we completed a record $277.7 million in total investments and executed $82.8 million of select dispositions, positioning the portfolio for growth."
