Falco Resources (FPRGF) and OR Royalties (OR) have entered into an amendment to the silver purchase agreement dated February 27, 2019 relating to Falco's Horne 5 Project. The amendment postpones certain deadlines granted to Falco to achieve milestones set as conditions precedent to OR funding the remaining instalments of the stream deposit and certain other deadlines.

OR Royalties announces the appointment of Kevin Thomson as an Independent Director to its Board of Directors. Concurrently, the Company announces that William Murray John has resigned as a director of the Company, effective immediately. Most recently, Thomson served as Senior Executive Vice President, Strategic Matters for Barrick Gold Corporation
