JFB Construction announced that it is commencing construction on Prison Island, an "escape room" type of adventure facility located in Indianapolis, Indiana. Prison Island is an indoor adventure destination with over 98 locations on four continents and in 20 countries. "In September 2025, we announced that we were contracted to provide design-build services for Prison Island, and we have now begun immediate construction of the approximately 15,000 square foot location in Indianapolis. We anticipate revenues of approximately $1.5 million from this project alone," said CEO Joseph Basile, III. "The Prison Island project is another important win for our commercial contracting segment of JFB Construction. It is our goal to become the preferred contractor and partner for Prison Island in its plans to develop multiple locations throughout the United States."

JFB Construction announced that it has been awarded a contract of approximately $11 million for the construction of eight individual custom spec homes in Jupiter, Florida. "The contract is for the custom build of eight spec homes of approximately 4,000 to 5,000 square feet for each home," said Chief Executive Officer Joseph F. Basile, III. "This project is another important part of the high-end residential construction segment of JFB, where we focus on custom home builds primarily in the South Florida region. We will continue to focus on the growth of this segment as we diversify our business offerings. Currently, we have begun construction at The Preserve at Port Salerno, Florida, a 79-unit townhome development with a total project cost valued at $21 million.

JFB Construction Holdings will commence immediate construction to develop a project for Marriott Hotels in Melbourne, Florida. The project is a conversion and remodel of an existing Holiday Inn to a Courtyard by Marriott in Melbourne, Florida. The Company anticipates revenue from this project to be approximately $6.2M during 2026.

JFB Construction Holdings announces that it is commencing vertical construction at The Preserve at Port Salerno, a 79-unit townhome development with community clubhouse, pool amenities and a designated preserve area in Port Salerno, Florida. "In April 2025, we announced that we were awarded a $21 million contract to act as the general contractor for The Preserve at Port Salerno, the largest single multi-family development construction contract in our company's history," said CEO Joe Basile, III. "We have now begun vertical construction at The Preserve, and we anticipate revenues of approximately $12 million in 2026 from this project alone."
