Liquidation of Simplify ETFs: The Board of Trustees has decided to liquidate the Simplify Market Neutral Equity Long/Short ETF (EQLS) and the Simplify Wolfe US Equity 150/50 ETF (WUSA), with liquidation payments expected around May 30, 2025.
Trading and Shareholder Information: After May 23, 2025, the Funds will cease accepting creation orders and trading on NYSE Arca will end; shareholders not selling their shares by this date will receive cash equivalent to the net asset value of their shares on the Liquidation Date.
