The Company provides power generation equipment, energy storage systems, energy management devices & solutions, and other power products serving the residential, light commercial, and industrial markets. The Company operates through two segments: Domestic and International. The Domestic segment includes the legacy Generac business and the acquisitions that are based in the United States and Canada. The International segment includes acquisitions not based in the United States and Canada. It designs and manufactures stationary, portable, and mobile power generators with single-engine outputs ranging between 800W and 3,250kW. Its residential automatic standby generators range in output from 7.5kW to 150kW, which predominantly operate on natural gas and liquid propane, and are permanently installed with an automatic transfer switch.
