Changes to Tender Offer: Frontera Energy has announced amendments to its cash tender offer for 7.875% Senior Notes due 2028, increasing the maximum tender amount from $65M to $80M and raising the consent payment to an aggregate of $8M for valid consents delivered by June 9.
Increased Consideration: The consideration for each $1,000 principal amount of Notes tendered before the deadline will rise from $700.00 to $720.00, with additional payments based on the percentage of Notes tendered and consents delivered.
