Cousins Properties Incorporated is a fully integrated, self-administered, and self-managed real estate investment trust (REIT). The Company conducts its business through Cousins Properties LP (CPLP), which primarily invests in Class A office buildings located in high-growth Sun Belt markets. It owns in excess of 99% of CPLP and consolidates CPLP. CPLP wholly owns Cousins TRS Services LLC (CTRS), which owns and manages its own real estate portfolio and performs certain real estate related services.
