Total loans increased $113.2 million, or 5.5%, and core deposits increased $111.9 million, or 7.2%, from December 31, 2024. At December 31, 2025, our non-interest-bearing deposits and total core deposits represented 25.2% and 70.8% of total deposits, respectively. Our loan growth and disciplined approach to managing funding costs have allowed us to expand our net interest margin to 2.91% during the three months ended December 31, 2025. This is the sixth consecutive quarter of growth in both net interest income and net interest margin for the Company. Asset quality remains strong, with nonperforming assets to total assets of 0.19%, total delinquency as a percentage of total loans of 0.14%, and strong loan reserve levels of 393.2% as a percentage of nonaccrual loans."
