Upcoming Changes to iShares ETF: BlackRock Canada announced that the iShares Jantzi Social Index ETF will undergo higher portfolio turnover and potential net capital gains due to changes in the Morningstar Jantzi Social Index evaluation process, effective June 20, 2025.
Index Modifications: The Morningstar Jantzi Social Index will now be reviewed semi-annually, change its parent benchmark, and update ESG exclusions and selection criteria as part of its regular rebalance.
