Its services include professional employer services (PEO) and staffing. Its PEO services include entering into a client services agreement to establish a co-employment relationship with each client company, assuming responsibility for payroll, workers’ compensation (if elected) and benefits coverage (if elected) and certain other administrative functions for the client’s existing workforce.
