The Company’s business comprises lumber mills, OSB facilities, plywood facilities, MDF facilities, particleboard facilities, LVL facilities, veneer facilities, and pulp and paper mills. The Company operates approximately 58 facilities in Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom and Europe.
