The Lovesac Company is a technology-driven company that designs, manufactures, and sells furniture. Its product offering consists of modular couches called Sactionals, premium foam beanbag chairs called Sacs, the PillowSac Accent Chair, an immersive surround sound home theater system called StealthTech, and Sactionals Reclining Seat. Its Sactional products include several patented features relating to their geometry and modularity, coupling mechanisms and other features.
