Creative Media & Community Trust Corporation is a real estate investment trust. The Company is a vertically integrated community-focused real estate and infrastructure owner, operator, lender and developer. It primarily acquires, develops, owns, and operates both premier multifamily properties situated in communities throughout the United States and Class A and creative office real assets in markets. Its segments consist of three types of commercial real estate properties, namely office, hotel and multifamily, as well as a segment for the Company’s lending business. The products for the Company’s office segment primarily include rental of office space and other tenant services, including tenant reimbursements, parking, and storage space rental. The products for the Company’s hotel segment include operations of hotel properties.
