Financial Performance: Atour Lifestyle Holdings reported a 29.8% increase in net revenues for Q1 2025, totaling RMB1,906 million (US$263 million), while adjusted net income rose by 32.3% to RMB345 million (US$48 million). However, net income decreased by 5.5% year-over-year to RMB244 million (US$34 million).
Operational Growth: As of March 31, 2025, Atour operated 1,727 hotels with 194,559 rooms, marking a 32.6% increase in the number of hotels and a 31.3% increase in room count compared to the previous year. The retail business also saw significant growth, with gross merchandise value rising by 70.9% to RMB845 million.
