Screening Filters

1. Market Capitalization: 300M – 8B (Categories: Small & Mid Cap)

   • Purpose: To focus on companies that are beyond micro-cap/speculative stage, but still small/mid-sized where significant growth (and volatility) is common.
   • Rationale:
     • If BULLA is being analyzed, your colleague likely assumed it is (or should be treated as) a small- or mid-cap stock rather than a mega/large-cap like Apple or Microsoft.
     • Setting min: 300,000,000 and max: 8,000,000,000 plus explicitly filtering to ['small', 'mid'] keeps the universe aligned with BULLA’s expected peer group: companies large enough to be established, yet small enough to have significant upside or downside.
